57th WLA Conference

Dr. Jennifer Ladino (University of Idaho).

If you have submitted an abstract or created a user account for 2023, you can log yourself into the Conftool portal any time with the credentials you created this year.

If you have not created a user account in 2023, but you are going to attend the conference, you can create a new account with new user credentials (those from previous conferences will not work).

Conference price for double-queen or one-king room: $129 per night plus 8% tax.
There are 132 rooms available at this price.
 
There are also a limited number of suites available.
Suite prices (plus 8% tax):
Executive King – $189
Jr. Suite – $249
Signature Suite – $289 
 
Our overflow hotel is TownPlace Suites by Marriott in Pocatello; if the Sho-Ban Hotel is full when you call to reserve a room, their agents will help you book a room at TownPlace with the WLA discount. Their rooms will also be available at $129 plus 8% tax per night.
 
Buffalo Meadows: There are 27 RV sites available for booking at Buffalo Meadows, just across the street from the hotel. Pricing is listed on the linked website. Off-season prices apply. NOTE: You must bring your own RV.
 
To book either option, you must call the hotel at 208-238-4800 and mention the WLA conference code, 10530, to get the hotel room rate. There is no additional discount on the RV sites. If you need an accessible room, please say so when you call to book.
 
We highly recommend you book early and share rooms if you want to stay on-site. Information about an overflow hotel is forthcoming.
