The submissions deadline for abstracts has been extended to June 15. Please log yourself into the ConfTool submission portal. You will have to create a new login, even if you have used ConfTool before to attend a WLA Conference. Old logins won’t work.

Venue: The Shoshone-Bannock Casino Hotel on the Fort Hall Reservation. For details click on the photo below.

Conference price for double-queen or one-king room: $129 per night plus 8% tax. There are 132 rooms available at this price, plus 8 additional suites (conference pricing TBD). 
 
Buffalo Meadows: There are also 27 RV sites available for booking at Buffalo Meadows, just across the street from the hotel. Pricing is listed on the linked website. Off-season prices apply. NOTE: You would need to bring your own RV.
 
To book either option, you must call the hotel at 208-238-4800 and mention the WLA conference code, 10530, to get the hotel room rate. There is no additional discount on the RV sites. If you need an accessible room, please say so when you call to book.
 
We highly recommend you book early and share rooms if you want to stay on-site. Information about an overflow hotel is forthcoming.
